Be the first line of calm in a cloud-native storm. As a Support Engineer at KubiQo, you’ll help customers stay online, troubleshoot deep tech issues, and keep our sovereign platform rock solid.

About the Role

At KubiQo, we’re not reselling someone else’s cloud, we’re building and running our own EU native platform. As a Support Engineer, you’re the human interface between our customers and the infrastructure powering their workloads. You’ll dive deep into logs, alerts, and edge cases, helping users troubleshoot issues, restore stability, and stay productive.

This role is about understanding the platform, not reading from a script. You’ll collaborate closely with our platform team, escalate bugs with clarity, and guide customers through incidents with calm, technical confidence.

What you’ll do

  • Act as first and second line support for customer issues across our platform

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to networking, compute, storage, and orchestration layers

  • Monitor platform health, identify anomalies, and proactively prevent downtime

  • Collaborate with our cloud engineering team to escalate critical issues and contribute to root cause analyses

  • Help improve our documentation, support tooling, and incident workflows

  • Be part of the on call rotation, we’re a production platform, and reliability matters

What you bring

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a calm mindset under pressure

  • Understanding of Linux systems, containers, and cloud native technologies (Kubernetes is a plus)

  • Familiarity with logs, metrics, alerts (e.g. ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)

  • You’re fluent in writing clear, helpful responses to customers, even when things get complex

  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in a hosting, IaaS, or developer support environment

  • You believe sovereignty, privacy, and open standards actually matter
